Metric definitions are agreed and documented before development, so the same indicator is not calculated differently by different departments. Threshold alerts fire on lead-time slippage, inventory below safety stock or a drop in supplier on-time rate, pushed to email or enterprise messaging.
The dashboard, a metric dictionary and scheduled report configuration are delivered. Data sources may be direct database connections, APIs or file imports.
