Implementation addresses the usual failures: creepage and clearance, insulation and earthing, substitution of non-certified components, enclosure flammability and openings, labelling and warning marks. Re-testing is arranged until the item closes.
Records, a substituted-component list and updated technical files are handed over, keeping the file consistent with the physical product so factory audits do not raise findings.
