Overview
For module cleaning at centralised solar stations and commercial and industrial rooftops. Dual roller brushes with front and rear nozzles clean over 1,000 m² per hour, roughly ten times manual cleaning, without dust streaks and without damaging the anti-reflective coating — hand mopping and high-pressure lances commonly leave micro-scratches that quietly cost generation for years.
The tracked chassis handles 0–35° tilt without slipping or scratching the glass, and its ability to cross module gaps and frame height differences has been field-verified, so it suits mountainous sites, floating solar and profiled steel roofs as well as flat arrays.
Dry and wet modes both work: when water is short it switches to dry sweeping, and in winter it clears snow directly. IP65 protection with edge fall prevention and forward ultrasonic sensing allows unattended night operation, avoiding the daytime generation peak and the thermal shock of cleaning hot modules.
A wireless charging dock and multi-unit scheduling system complete the package: robots return to charge automatically and rotate on a roster, so one person oversees an entire station. Cleaning volume, generation-gain and fault reports are provided so the O&M team can verify the return on investment.
