A complete BV40 turbocharger assembly for the VW and AUDI 2.0 L TDI diesel. SuotePower part number 9256-0522-0006 replaces part number 54409880035. This engine covers mainstream Volkswagen Group models including the Golf, Jetta, A3 and Tiguan, making it a high-frequency number in the European passenger-car diesel aftermarket.The assembly comprises the turbine housing, compressor housing and rotating assembly, with mounting interfaces matched against the OEM part for direct replacement. The turbine housing is heat-resistant cast iron, the compressor housing cast aluminium and the turbine wheel a nickel-base heat-resistant alloy. The rotating assembly is dynamically balanced and runs journal bearings and seal rings. In the stop-start, short-trip duty typical of passenger cars, stable sealing helps limit oil ingress on the intake side and the carbon build-up and power loss that follow.
Every unit is leak- and run-checked before dispatch, with production and lot traceability under IATF 16949. The primary application is the VW / AUDI 2.0 L TDI; different power ratings and model years on the same platform use different turbo part numbers, so verify against the old part number and the vehicle plate before ordering.
