Overview
A complete GTA45 turbocharger assembly for the Volvo DD13 heavy-duty diesel engine. SuotePower part number 9206-0292-0004 replaces OEM numbers 833153-0005 and 22840693. The assembly comprises the turbine housing, compressor housing and rotating assembly; mounting flanges and oil inlet/outlet are matched against the OEM part so it bolts straight on with no changes to pipework or mounting brackets.The turbine housing is heat-resistant cast iron and the compressor housing is cast aluminium, with a nickel-base heat-resistant alloy turbine wheel and a forged aluminium compressor wheel. The rotating assembly is dynamically balanced before assembly to reduce vibration and bearing load at high speed, and the seal rings and journal bearings follow OEM specification to limit oil ingress into the intake and exhaust sides.
Every unit is leak- and run-checked before dispatch and production is controlled and lot-traced under IATF 16949. The primary application is the Volvo DD13; before fitting, confirm the engine plate and the part number on the unit being removed, since same-displacement engines can differ by model year.
Export packing is included and CE or EAC export documentation can be supplied for your destination market. Warranty scope and after-sales terms follow the signed contract.
