Overview
A complete B3G turbocharger assembly for the Mercedes-Benz OM470 heavy-duty diesel engine. SuotePower part number 9105-0512-0006 replaces OEM number A4700903180 as well as the aftermarket equivalents ZGS003 and AL2014. The assembly comprises the turbine housing, compressor housing and rotating assembly, with mounting interfaces matched against the OEM part.The OM470 is a current-generation Mercedes heavy-truck diesel platform that demands fast boost response and good heat resistance. The turbine housing is heat-resistant cast iron, the compressor housing cast aluminium and the turbine wheel a nickel-base heat-resistant alloy that holds its dimensions at high exhaust temperatures. The rotating assembly is dynamically balanced, and the journal bearings and seal rings are selected to OEM specification to suppress high-speed vibration and limit oil consumption.
Each unit is leak- and run-checked before dispatch, with production and traceability under IATF 16949. The primary application is the Mercedes-Benz OM470; boost matching can differ between power ratings on the same platform, so please send the engine plate and old part number for verification before ordering.
Export packing is included and CE or EAC export documentation can be supplied for your destination market. Warranty and after-sales terms follow the signed contract.
