A complete GTA5008 turbocharger assembly for the Caterpillar C15 15.0 L diesel. SuotePower part number 9100-0255-0007 replaces part numbers 750525-0021, 274-6296 and CH11946. The C15 is used widely in mining trucks, high-output generator sets and heavy construction machinery, and is a typical application for the large-frame GTA5008 turbo platform.The assembly comprises the turbine housing, compressor housing and rotating assembly, with mounting interfaces matched against the OEM part. The GTA5008 is a high-flow turbocharger: heat-resistant cast-iron turbine housing, cast-aluminium compressor housing and a nickel-base heat-resistant alloy turbine wheel. The dynamically balanced rotating assembly runs journal bearings and seal rings; in mining and power-generation duty that runs at high load for long periods, balance quality and controlled bearing clearance directly determine reliability across the overhaul interval.
Every unit is leak- and run-checked before dispatch, with production and lot traceability under IATF 16949. The C15 was built with several power ratings and boost configurations, and the same outward shape can carry different part numbers, so please supply the old part number plus the engine or machine plate for verification before shipping.
Export packing is included and CE or EAC export documentation can be supplied for your destination market. Warranty and after-sales terms follow the signed contract.
