A complete GTA3571KLV turbocharger assembly for the Hino Ranger 4.6 L JO8C diesel. SuotePower part number 9100-0247-0008 replaces part numbers 729274-5037S and 729274-0036, plus the Hino system number 17Z01-E032Z. This application has a large installed base among medium trucks in South-East Asia, the Middle East and South America, with steady replacement demand.The assembly comprises the turbine housing, compressor housing and rotating assembly, with mounting interfaces matched against the OEM part. The turbine housing is heat-resistant cast iron, the compressor housing cast aluminium and the turbine wheel a nickel-base heat-resistant alloy. The rotating assembly is dynamically balanced and runs journal bearings and seal rings; in tropical and sub-tropical heat, stable wheel-to-bearing fitment helps hold oil consumption and early wear down.
Every unit is leak- and run-checked before dispatch, with production and lot traceability under IATF 16949. The primary application is the Hino Ranger JO8C; the JO7C, J08E and other variants in the family do not interchange, so verify against the old part number before ordering.
