A complete TA5102 turbocharger assembly for the Volvo F12 TD121 and TD122 diesels. SuotePower part number 9100-0205-0002 replaces part numbers 466076-0012 and 470509. The F12 was a landmark Volvo heavy tractor unit and the population remains substantial in the Middle East, Africa and South America, so replacement demand continues.The assembly comprises the turbine housing, compressor housing and rotating assembly, with mounting interfaces matched against the OEM part for direct replacement. The turbine housing is heat-resistant cast iron, the compressor housing cast aluminium and the turbine wheel a nickel-base heat-resistant alloy. The rotating assembly is dynamically balanced and runs journal bearings and seal rings, holding sealing and bearing clearance stable in hot, dusty operating conditions.
Every unit is leak- and run-checked before dispatch, with production and lot traceability under IATF 16949. The primary applications are the Volvo TD121 and TD122; F12 model years used several boost configurations, so verify against the old part number and the engine plate before ordering.
