A complete HE300WG turbocharger assembly for the Cummins QSB diesel and the Komatsu WA380 wheel loader. SuotePower part number 9100-0162-0001 replaces 3786174, 3786175, 3795343, 3795342 and related numbers. This application is common in construction machinery, where duty is low-speed high-load and demands strong low-rpm response plus dust tolerance.The assembly comprises the turbine housing, compressor housing, wastegate assembly and rotating assembly, with mounting interfaces matched against the OEM part. The HE300WG is a wastegate design with the valve matched to the OEM cracking pressure. The turbine housing is heat-resistant cast iron, the compressor housing cast aluminium and the turbine wheel a nickel-base heat-resistant alloy. The dynamically balanced rotating assembly runs journal bearings and seal rings and copes with the frequent load steps typical of construction equipment.
Every unit is leak- and run-checked before dispatch, with production and lot traceability under IATF 16949. This part number spans both the Cummins and Komatsu systems, so confirm against the old part number and the machine plate before fitting to avoid mixing power ratings.
