Overview
A complete HX55W turbocharger assembly for the Cummins M11 diesel. SuotePower part number 9100-0127-0002 replaces part number 4036915. The HX55W is a wastegate design widely used in this power band; the assembly includes the turbine housing, compressor housing, wastegate assembly and rotating assembly, with mounting interfaces matched against the OEM part.This engine family is common in long-haul tractors, tippers and some marine and generator-set applications, running at medium-to-high load for long periods, which puts a premium on heat resistance and sealing. The turbine housing is heat-resistant cast iron, the compressor housing cast aluminium and the turbine wheel a nickel-base heat-resistant alloy. The wastegate assembly is matched to the OEM cracking pressure so boost stays within limits under sustained load. The rotating assembly is dynamically balanced and runs journal bearings and seal rings to keep oil consumption low.
Every unit is leak- and run-checked before dispatch, with production and lot traceability under IATF 16949. The primary application is the Cummins M11; M11, L10 and ISM look similar but do not interchange, so verify against the old part number and the engine plate before ordering.
Export packing is included and CE or EAC export documentation can be supplied for your destination market. Warranty and after-sales terms follow the signed contract.
