Overview
A complete HX35W turbocharger assembly for IVECO commercial vehicles. SuotePower part number 9100-0124-0029 replaces part numbers 3787024 and 504385728 (the latter an IVECO system number). The HX35W is a wastegate design; the assembly includes the turbine housing, compressor housing, wastegate assembly and rotating assembly, with mounting interfaces matched against the OEM part.IVECO light and medium commercial vehicles typically run intercity distribution and municipal duty with frequent starts and large load swings. The wastegate is matched to the OEM cracking pressure so boost is neither short at low rpm nor excessive at high rpm. The turbine housing is heat-resistant cast iron, the compressor housing cast aluminium and the turbine wheel a nickel-base heat-resistant alloy. The dynamically balanced rotating assembly runs journal bearings and seal rings, keeping oil consumption and oil ingress under control through load changes.
Every unit is leak- and run-checked before dispatch, with production and lot traceability under IATF 16949. The primary application is IVECO commercial vehicles; confirm the model year and displacement against the old part number before ordering.
Export packing is included and CE or EAC export documentation can be supplied for your destination market. Warranty and after-sales terms follow the signed contract.
