Overview
A complete HX35 turbocharger assembly for the Cummins 6BT diesel. SuotePower part number 9100-0115-0116 replaces part numbers 3537132, 3539653 and 3802770. The 6BT family has one of the largest installed bases in the world, covering light and medium trucks, construction machinery and stationary power units, which makes it one of the highest-volume aftermarket applications.The assembly comprises the turbine housing, compressor housing and rotating assembly, with mounting interfaces matched against the OEM part so no pipework changes are needed. The turbine housing is heat-resistant cast iron, the compressor housing cast aluminium and the turbine wheel a nickel-base heat-resistant alloy. The dynamically balanced rotating assembly runs journal bearings and seal rings that hold their sealing performance through frequent starts and load changes, limiting the oil ingress that causes blue smoke and carbon build-up.
Every unit is leak- and run-checked before dispatch, with production and lot traceability under IATF 16949. The primary application is the Cummins 6BT; boost matching differs between the 6BT, 6BTA and QSB families, so check the old part number and engine plate before fitting.
Export packing is included and CE or EAC export documentation can be supplied for your destination market. Warranty and after-sales terms follow the signed contract.
