Overview

The GTC1752V is a variable-nozzle (VNT) turbo, so cartridge-to-housing fit is critical: before assembly, confirm the housing gas passages are free of hardened carbon, that the vane ring moves freely and that the bearing bore is not scored — otherwise the new cartridge will fail again quickly.
The turbine wheel is a nickel-base heat-resistant alloy and the compressor wheel aluminium; the rotating assembly is dynamically balanced, with journal bearings and seal rings. Every cartridge is checked before dispatch, with production and lot traceability under IATF 16949.
